Every year S-Square conducts the Partnership Benchmark which is a detailed market survey to provide insights around key trends and challenges around IT and IT Sourcing. We also look at the performance of market leading IT service providers, scoring them on Local Market Impact and Client Satisfaction. This is done through round the year discussions with 22 service providers and detailed assessment of their scale and capabilities. We also conduct one on one interviews with senior client stakeholders. While 2023 marks the debut of our Dutch survey, it is the fourth anniversary for our Belgian survey. This year we would have spoken to close to 200 client stakeholders across 160 client organizations and assessed more than 500 contracts.
